Dismantling
Where traditional demolition techniques are deemed unsuitable, we are able to employ dismantling techniques to ensure safe, controlled project completion. Our multi-skilled workforce of around 50 directly employed operatives are trained to work in and around live sites, including city centres, retail areas and hospitals.
We will employ dismantling techniques, using hand tools where necessary, for example in situations where buildings are in close proximity to other buildings which are to remain intact, where machine access is limited or where there are other constraints such as noise restrictions.
This ‘nuts and spanners’ approach to dismantling requires detailed planning and excellent on-site project management skills to ensure effective coordination of activities.
