Bagnall Make Way for Motel One
01 Jan 1970
Bagnall are currently working on a redevelopment project in the heart of Manchester city centre assisting in the development of Manchester’s second Motel One Hotel. The revamp involves tearing down vacant office space at the back of the site but leaving the historic stone facade which dates back almost 150 years to maintain the historic architectural character of the Cross Street area.
Built in the 1980’s Bagnall UK have been working on demolishing the two redundant red brick office blocks working top down, while separating and protecting the grade II listed façade to make way for new use including a modern redesign.
