Our on-site Management personnel have all undertaken the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme, and NDTG specific supervisory training for demolition or UKATA accredited supervisory training for asbestos.
Our operatives all hold CSCS cards specific to our relative industries.
Employment with Bagnall UK begins with company induction and training analysis. During employment each individual is given a training plan which is analysed during staff appraisal. This plan involves developing skills and knowledge that will enable staff to move ahead to the next stage in their career.
